Reviews
Hotel feels old and needs renovations. Broken lights here and there , rooms are okay . Wifi almost unusable , terrace looking in another building (blocking any possible view on pool and garden). Breakfast has good variety but its supermarket quality. Scrambled eggs were not eatable…cleaning lady not knocking when entering room. Pools are mostly fine but here and there you will find relaxation pumps not working or working very lightly….
Lovely rooms, beautiful restaurant and lunch and dinner is available for 30€ and is high quality with attentive waiters. The pools are great especially the hydrotherapy pool but swim caps are needed and charged at 8€ if you do not bring your own. The reason for my missing star is you must settle the bill by 8pm the night before you leave, or you have to wait till around 8am the next morning to settle the check if you have an early morning flight there is nothing that can be done. Other than this it was a beautiful experience
After we tried to get in touch by email two weeks ago, coming with special needs question, letting me believe that as a disabled person, I wasn't worth answering my questions, my question was finally answered on messenger today. Coldly and in a very unwelcoming way. Basically, it looks like nothing is done at this place to welcome people with disabilities, let alone even trying to help people with special needs. Isn't termalism supposed to be good for us ? It is. But why caring ? The lack of adaptations for disabled people is yet an issue but my questions were answered partially, never fully, like they didn't even want me to book there or as if I was being a problem to them. They didn't even try to arrange a solution or try to be reassuring. They even were rude enough to assume if I could climb a stair or not, basically depriving me of my knowledge of my own body limits. Everywhere I go, and I do travel a lot, even when the place isn't fully adapted, people are always answering fully to my questions are nice, welcoming and helpful. All that I felt from this hotel's staff is discrimination. Not unhappy to not having to visit that place. Just imagine how they're treating you if you get there with a disability or a condition without taking the time to check before. Apparently, we're not worth more than a mangey dog to them.
Exceptional value for money, with a wonderful, large spa and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and functional, clean but not too many frills (it’s 4star after all!). Breakfast was very good and the lobby bar is a lovely place for aperitivi. Highly recommended.
A destination for body, mind, and soul. The attention is fabulous. Wonderful variety of spa and massage choices for every preference. The dining room a five-star restaurant - especially the dinner buffet.
All only minutes from Padova.
This hotel need a good renovation and some improvement.
The reception send me into the room without explain me how do switch the light using the key. I had to go the day after asking about the spa how to get bathrobe and they forgot to explain me about swimming cap and extra towel so I had to go back and forward. This is very inconvenient. I believe staff need to be train better or the should prepared a leaflets with hotel facilities and price.
I was positive impressed by the staff in the spa. In particular by the guy with glasses who is taking care of the swimming pool and sauna. He is very caring and smiling. Always helping customers.
Restaurants food and staff good
All employee very kind but the receptionist. Very old structure. Good food. Bought a packaging for a price and been charged about 300 euros of extras never agreed. Will go back for sure but not in this hotel 🏨.
We loved this place for its location and clean rooms. Only things we didn't like is the room was on the small side especially the shower and bathroom. Bed was a bit hard as well but service was good. Breakfast was above average. We would stay here again for the price we paid.
